You'll be at the forefront of resolving delinquent consumer, mortgage, and home equity loans while helping members navigate some of life's most difficult financial circumstances. From evaluating loan modifications and negotiating short sales to managing foreclosure activities and ensuring regulatory compliance, you'll serve as a trusted expert and strategic problem solver. What You’ll Bring: Deep experience in consumer and real estate loan collections Expertise in default servicing, foreclosure processes, and loss mitigation Strong knowledge of bankruptcy, FCRA, FDCPA, and regulatory compliance requirements The ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment A passion for finding solutions and helping others succeed Help members find solutions.
