Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – PRN
Concept Rehab is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team on a PRN/as-needed basis in Cedarburg, WI .

What You’ll Do- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, cognition, functional skills, and independence with daily activities
- Follow individualized plans of care and monitor patient progress
- Communicate with patients, families, nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the care team
- Participate in care plan and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and facility staff
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Help patients achieve greater independence and quality of life
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Wisconsin OTA license/certification or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
- Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus
