Wallenpaupack Early Learning Center is looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic individual to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a positive, supportive early learning environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 3–12
• Supervising children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and transitions
• Assisting with hands-on learning activities and daily routines
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Following DHS regulations and Keystone STARS expectations
• Working as part of a team and helping where needed throughout the center

What we’re looking for:

• Dependable and reliable attendance
• Patient, positive, and comfortable working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous childcare experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Must be able to complete all required childcare clearances and trainings

Pay is based on education and experience , with opportunities for advancement as education and qualifications increase.
