We are seeking to hire an experienced Crew Lead to join our clients event and tent installation team. This position is responsible for leading crews during the setup and breakdown of tents, tables, chairs, and other event equipment for corporate events, festivals, weddings, and special events.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on tent installation experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Pay : $22 - $28 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation crews during event setups and breakdowns
• Install and dismantle tents of various sizes safely and efficiently
• Assist with setup of tables, chairs, staging, linens, and other event equipment
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards and company expectations
• Coordinate crew assignments and maintain workflow throughout the shift
• Load and unload trucks with event equipment
• Communicate with management regarding timelines, equipment, and job progress
• Train and assist team members when needed
• Maintain a professional attitude while working with clients and event staff
• Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized

Requirements

• 3–5 years of tent installation or event setup experience required
• Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience setting up tables, chairs, and event equipment preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and early mornings as needed
