Quality Assurance Manager

About this role Quality Assurance Manager will lead a team of 3 (Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Analyst, and Quality Assurance Tech) and will be hands‑on with a variety of quality duties such as: Root‑Cause Analysis, Supplier Quality, Leading/Hosting Audits, Corrective Actions, Continuous Improvement, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, collecting/analyzing quality data, customer complaint investigations, and conducting process capability studies. Must haves BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Technology/ Engineering 5+ years of experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience must be in a decision‑making position with authority to define, execute or control projects/processes and to be responsible for the outcome. Advance data analysis skills, ISO 9001 experience, [ISO9001-2015] Experience conducting process capability studies Experience leading/hosting quality audits Previous experience leading projects Root‑Cause Analysis FMEA experience PPAP & APQP GD&T experience SPC experience Process Flow Diagram FAI (first article inspection) experience Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (Gage R&R) Continuous Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen/etc.) Ability to read blueprints and schematics Experience with precision measurement hand tools Ability to demonstrate professional communication skills, both written and verbal Nice to Have Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or higher ASQ quality certifications Minitab experience Welding experience (prefer resistance welding experience) and electrical knowledge especially rotating electrical (motors / fans / blowers etc.) is preferred. CMM experience [Not required, but preferred (Roemer/FARO arms especially) Knowledge of one or more manufacturing processes: assembly, HVAC, stamping, welding, brazing and metal fabrication and machining AAR M-1003 AutoCAD experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
