Cost Accountant

Growing global manufacturing organization seeking a Cost Accountant to support product costing, financial analysis, and pricing initiatives. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, partnering across departments, and driving informed business decisions. Responsibilities Analyze product costs, margins, and profitability Maintain and support standard costing processes Prepare financial and operational reports Review inventory and manufacturing cost data Identify trends and recommend process improvements Present findings to management and business partners Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years cost accounting experience Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills Experience with MRP or ERP systems (preferably SAP) Excellent communication and presentation abilities Details Temp-to-Hire (Approximately 3 months before conversion) Excellent benefits upon conversion Full-time, Monday-Friday On-site position Pay: $80,000-$90,000/year All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
