The role actively collaborates with Oncology Leaders and other Business Partners to align financial targets, address business issues, and analyze the value creation of investment decisions. Additionally, the Sr Manager works closely with Business Development and the Johnson & Johnson Innovation Centers in support of External Innovation and L&A/M&A projects. In addition, the position will have 1 Manager and 2 Sr. Financial Analysts under supervision.ResponsibilitiesDelivering all aspects of financial forecasts and updates including Business Plan and Long-Range Financial Plan, while ensuring all quarterly close and compliance requirements are metDemonstrate strong financial leadership by providing recommendations for improving the value of the financial information supplied to senior management and managing the forecast process for the Oncology TALead the Senior Financial Analysts responsible for the pipeline valuations for their compounds, which includes partnering with Compound Development Teams (CDT) and Project Management Teams (PMT), Commercial, Global Strategic Marketing, Operations and Tax. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
