We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Physical Therapist / RPT to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert physical therapy services to patients, consulting with healthcare teams, and contributing to the development and implementation of innovative physical therapy programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for promoting health and wellness, and a track record of clinical excellence. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, providing expert physical therapy services, consulting with healthcare teams, developing and implementing innovative physical therapy programs, monitoring and evaluating patient progress, maintaining accurate patient records, staying abreast of the latest developments in physical therapy, providing training and mentoring to junior physical therapists and other healthcare staff, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred, current and valid licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT), a minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing physical therapist, demonstrated expertise in a wide range of physical therapy techniques and approaches, strong knowledge of the principles and practices of physical therapy program development and implementation, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to assess patient needs, develop effective treatment plans, and deliver high-quality physical therapy services, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, commitment to ongoing professional development, and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
