We’re currently seeking a full-time, in-person Paraprofessional / RBT (Autism) to support a school with our client in Boulder County, Colorado for the 2026/2027 school year.

- Start Date: ASAP \n
- End Date: May 21, 2027 \n
- Location: Boulder County, Colorado, \n
- On-Site, 35 hours per week \n
- School Year: 2026/2027 \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Minimum of two years of special education public school classroom experience. \n
- Ability to work full time in an on-site school setting. \n
- Reliable transportation. \n
- Flexible, team-oriented approach to supporting students and staff. \n
- Ability to work as a paraeducator or certified RBT (note: no BCBA supervision available). \n
Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Support elementary students with autism in an intensive learning center setting. \n
- Follow student support directions and guidance provided by school leadership. \n
- Provide in-class support to help students participate in instruction and daily routines. \n
- Support positive behavior strategies as part of the classroom/program approach. \n
- Work during student attendance days, with participation in 2–3 training days during the year as needed. \n
