About the Position

Want to make a lasting impact on students' lives. This full-time Physical Therapist role in Aberdeen, WA serves a school-based caseload two days per week and outpatient three days per week. You will help children build strength to participate in classroom, playground, and daily activities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Washington state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience or willingness to manage mixed caseloads across school-based and outpatient settings.
• New graduates welcome.

Minimum Requirements

• Physical Therapy degree (BPT, MPT, or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active state PT license in Washington prior to assignment start.
• BLS (AHA or ARC) if required by the employer.
• Ability to deliver school-based services including evaluations, IEP development, and progress documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
• Experience or comfort working across school and outpatient environments.

What You'll Do:

• Provide physical therapy services in school-based and outpatient settings according to established schedules.
• Conduct standardized and functional assessments and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Develop and implement goal-aligned treatment plans to support student participation and functional independence.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams to support student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
