Real Estate Agent – Residential & Commercial
Faith Forward Realty | Knoxville, TN
Faith Forward Realty is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, relationship-driven real estate agents who want something different from the traditional brokerage model.
We believe agents deserve more than a place to hang their license. They deserve a broker who is accessible, involved, and genuinely invested in helping them build a successful business.
The Opportunity
As an agent with Faith Forward Realty, you’ll have the opportunity to build your business in residential real estate, commercial real estate—or both.
Our commercial division, Tennessee Commercial Advisors, gives our agents the opportunity to expand beyond residential sales and pursue commercial listings, investment properties, land, office, retail, industrial, and leasing opportunities.
We strongly encourage agents to learn and work in both residential and commercial real estate. Many residential clients own businesses, investment properties, land, or commercial real estate—and many commercial clients also buy and sell homes. Being able to serve both creates additional opportunities and multiple income streams.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in both experienced agents and motivated agents who want to grow.
The ideal agent is:
- Licensed or pursuing a Tennessee real estate license
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Comfortable building relationships and generating business
- Professional and responsive
- Interested in growing beyond traditional residential sales
- Willing to learn commercial real estate
- Looking for a broker who is accessible and actively involved
- Focused on building a long-term real estate career
Commercial experience is not required. If you’ve always wanted to learn commercial real estate but weren’t sure how to get started, this may be an excellent opportunity.
Residential + Commercial = More Opportunity
We don’t believe agents should automatically have to choose between being a “residential agent” or a “commercial agent.”
A residential client may own a business.
A business owner may need a new home.
A landowner may have residential and commercial development opportunities.
An investor may buy houses, multifamily properties, land, or commercial buildings.
Our goal is to help agents recognize and pursue all of those opportunities.
