Are you?As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a critical role in outpatient orthopaedic therapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and sports medicine care. You'll evaluate, treat, and guide patients through recovery from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions helping them restore function and quality of life.Key responsibilities include:Conducting thorough patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment planningDeveloping, implementing, and modifying individualized plans of careProviding therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and other evidence-based treatmentsEducating patients and families on diagnosis, rehab process, and home exercise programsCollaborating with physicians, PTAs, athletic trainers, and the broader care teamDocumenting all evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summariesMonitoring and ensuring patient safety during all treatmentsSupervising and delegating responsibilities to PTAs and therapy support staffActing as a clinical instructor for PT students as requestedParticipating in community education, research, and continuous learning opportunitiesMaintaining compliance with state, federal, and APTA guidelines and FOI policiesWe're looking for a patient-focused, motivated, and collaborative Physical Therapist who thrives in a dynamic outpatient orthopaedic setting and wants to make a lasting impact in patients' lives.Required Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)Active Florida PT licenseCurrent CPR certificationCommitment to continuing education and professional growthStrong communication and teamwork skillsCompassionate, innovative, and passionate about improving patient outcomesPreferred Experience (a plus, not required):Outpatient orthopaedics or sports medicine therapy experienceFamiliarity with WebPT or other EMR systemsExperience as a clinical instructor or mentorReady to take the next step in your Physical Therapy career?
