We are seeking a forklift operator for a fast-paced fertilizer productions company.

Forklift Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:30pm )
- Ensure the consistent and smooth flow of organic materials through shaker systems.
- Communicate effectively with heavy equipment operators to ensure shakers are filled promptly.
- Perform essential housekeeping duties, including scraping, sweeping, and shoveling, to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Accurately stack bags as required.
- Provide general assistance and support to the foreman as directed.
Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Proven ability to repetitively lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Experience in a material handling or general warehouse environment is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including full 8-hour shifts.* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Work is performed in a dusty industrial setting.
- Exposure to varying outdoor weather conditions, including hot, cold, and rainy weather.
- Must be able to stand and walk continuously for long durations.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
