Dental Patient Coordinator Heart of Valley Dental | Danville, CA Dr. Dino Javaheri | Full-Time Heart of Valley Dental is looking for a dependable and personable Patient Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with patients, enjoys a busy dental office environment, and can help keep the front office running smoothly. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Full-time, Monday–Friday Pay $26 – $33 per hour , based on experience Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience Answer phones, schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule Check patients in and out Verify insurance and assist with patient questions Present treatment plans and help patients understand their recommended care Review treatment estimates and financial options Coordinate appointments and follow up with patients Maintain accurate patient records Communicate with the clinical team to help keep the schedule running smoothly Assist with other front-office duties as needed What We're Looking For Previous dental office experience preferred Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures Comfortable discussing treatment and patient financial information Friendly, professional and patient-focused Organized and able to multitask in a busy dental office Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and a team player Dental assisting experience is a plus!
