Cardinal Buick GMC is seeking a diligent Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk who will also serve as backup support for payroll processing. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments and collections while assisting the payroll department as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable transactions and vendor payments
- Process accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Provide backup support for payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payroll runs
Required Qualifications
- Experience with accounts payable procedures
- Experience with accounts receivable procedures
- Knowledge of payroll processing is preferred but we can also train for this.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level accounting experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
