Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse

Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse in Athens, AL. This is an on-site opportunity. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:

Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour based on experience

Type: Three-month contract

Schedule: 32 hours guaranteed, 8:00AM - 4:30 (Monday-Friday)

Coverage Areas: Limestone County

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under physician orders.

• Perform routine clinical tasks including medication reconciliation, wound care, vital signs, and patient assessments.

• Accurately document care provided in the electronic medical record (EMR).

• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and care plans.

• Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Maintain compliance with state regulations, agency policies, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED

• Active LPN license in Alabama

• Experience in Home Health

• Skilled in documentation

• Wound care experience

• Valid Driver's License
