Your Next Adventure: Medical Director of Menopause Care and Hormone Replacement Therapy Reporting To: Chief Medical Officer Location: Remote (Anywhere in CA) Whom We Seek? Misinformation, misunderstanding, and lack of sufficient education has left women unreasonably scared and grossly undertreated during their perimenopausal and menopausal transition. JumpstartMD is on a mission to leverage proven science to educate and inform women about their best options to manage these life transitions, and in the process improve health, longevity, and well-being. With that aim in mind, we’re seeking a passionate, experienced, and visionary physician leader to serve as our Medical Director of Menopause Care and Hormone Replacement Therapy. This role will drive clinical excellence, strategic growth, and innovation in our HRT program, focusing on empowering women through perimenopause and menopause with science-backed, compassionate care. Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Develop and oversee evidence-based treatment protocols for perimenopause and menopause care and hormone therapy including estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, and thyroid Medical Oversight: Supervise and collaborate with clinicians delivering HRT services, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety.
