We are seeking a motivated individual with operational experience across multiple hotel departments to join our enthusiastic team. As an Area Hotel Task Force Member, you will have the chance to support short-staffed hotels, fill supervisory roles, and develop valuable skills in hotel operations, coaching, and brand mastery. - Provide daily operational support to hotels facing staffing challenges
- Fill in for departmental supervisory roles as needed
- Travel on short notice within your assigned area, including extended stays of 1-2 weeks or more
- Assist with specific staffing issues during one-day property visits
- Train and coach hotel staff on brand standards and policies
- Verifiable hotel operational experience across multiple departments
- Ability to travel and stay away from home for extended periods on short notice
- Capable of standing, walking, and handling physical tasks such as pushing or carrying up to 30 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high customer satisfaction standards
- Ability to master multiple hotel brands, technologies, and training programs
- Successful completion of Criminal Background Check and 10-panel drug screen
