Car Wash Assistant Manager

Some policy, standards, and procedures include but are not limited to:
- Setting the standard by example for dress code, customer service, and overall work ethic.
- This position typically requires 50-55 hrs a week and the wash is open 7 days a week all year. 5 days on, 2 days off.
- No facial piercings, tattoo's that are not appropriate for a professional environment, or hair that is not well kept. Beards must be well maintained.
- Dress code: Wash Masters shirt, jacket, hat. Black athletic shoes, black pants/shorts, black belt. No open toed shoes and shirts will always be tucked in.
- You must set the example ethically, morally, and professionally.
- You will need to lead, train, and work well with others. You will be involved with the hiring process often for new employees.
- You will be expected to be coach-able and develop as a leader over time.
- You will lead by example and go by our L-D-R-S-H-I-P values
- Learn the Roles, Duties and Responsibilities of Management.
- You will be responsible for money management on site.
- Open and Close the Site as needed.
- Troubleshoot and fix Equipment & Software issues, problems or breakage.
- Respond to customer Calls and E-mails as needed.
