Description :

Clinical Setting & Workflow

This is an ongoing role that requires a provider to manage a balanced workload:

Outpatient: Standard clinical hours for pre-and post-operative care.
Inpatient/Call: General surgery call rotation for emergency and elective procedures.
Continuity: The facility is looking for a long-term partner for consistent monthly coverage.

Provider Qualifications

Licensure: Active Arkansas (AR) Medical License.
Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) .
Certifications: Active ACLS and BLS .

Schedule & Coverage:

June or July for 10-11 days a month,
• Coverage Type: Clinic + Call (24/7 model with clinic rotations)
• Shift Timing: 6:00 AM 6:00 AM (24-hour shifts)
• Night Call: Begins at 6:00 PM (with overlap from employed surgeons)
• Weekend Call: 24-hour call required

Credentialing & Timeline

Process: 30-Day turnaround.
Urgency: High. To hit the May 1 start date, the candidate's file must be submitted and processed without delay.
