Nurse Manager

St. David's Medical Center seeks a Nurse Manager for our state-of-the-art Neurological unit. This role oversees clinical operations, staffing, and quality initiatives to ensure safe, patient-centered care. The Nurse Manager will lead and mentor RNs, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, manage budgets and resources, and drive performance improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.
