Behavioral Health Works is looking for an organized Onboarding Specialist to join our Brooklyn, NY team. You’ll manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, serving as their primary contact and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time. You’ll collaborate with Recruiting, HR, and Operations, coordinate background checks and I-9s, track documents, and keep employee records up to date, while helping maintain a welcoming, professional start for every new team member. #J-18808-Ljbffr Behavioral Health Works
