(Dental and vision FREE after one year!)/li/ulpSome of your licensed practical nurse (LPN) job responsibilities include:/pulliAdmissions, discharge, and transfers of residents/liliMedication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians/liliMedication administration/liliFollowing infection control, emergencies, and other center policies/liliCollaborating with residents interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes/liliIdentifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents condition to proper personnel per center policy/liliWorks under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific nurse practice act, facility policies and procedures, and nursing judgment./liliDelivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care./liliCollects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident./liliAccording to state-specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response./liliIn accordance with state-specific regulations, directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations./liliMaintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements./liliMaintains knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance, and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc./liliMaintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding all patient/resident/personnel information./li/ulpLicensed practical nurse (LPN) qualifications:/pulliLPN (licensed practical nurse) licensed by the state/liliCPR certification required/liliTwo years prior nursing experience preferred/li/ul/div
