Inventory Control Associate 1 - Full Time

Essential Functions of the Job Perform inventory control activities including overflow/cycle counts, researching missing product for orders, and handling damaged product per company/vendor agreements. Respond to coworkers’ questions regarding product location and status. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure quality standards are met. Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations. Put together special promotional packages and gift bags. Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders. Perform area maintenance in accordance with company standard operating procedures. Follow all company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations to ensure safe working practices, including proper work attire. Comply with all company loss prevention policies and procedures. Maintain regular attendance as set by Sephora. Maintain a flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working any designated shift and overtime as requested per business and operational needs. Pro‑actively respond to direction from leadership team, including shift coordinators, management staff, and other departmental personnel. Provide high‑quality internal and external customer service per company standards. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Familiarity with WMS software or previous experience using menu‑driven applications. Familiarity with warehouse layout or the ability to learn it. Ability to operate RF terminals to successfully track product in the warehouse. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers. Ability to multi‑task. Effective problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently. Detail oriented. Understanding of other functions of the business as they apply to the position. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor. Supervisory Responsibilities None Working Conditions Moderate but varying temperature and humidity in office and warehouse environments. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift, and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Minimum Qualifications Previous experience working in a distribution/warehouse environment preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. Pay Starting base pay: $20.10 – $21.50 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay. Benefits The target hourly pay for this position is $20.10 – $21.50. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including starting wages competitive to the market for similar roles; relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non‑discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
