Job Description Reporting to the Director of Engineering Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Ensure the overall maintenance of the facility Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team, responding in cases of fire, accident, safety concerns and calls for medical assistance Maintain and service refrigeration & HVAC equipment for facility Correct and report any fire hazards or health and safety hazards Maintain all actions in a daily activity maintenance log Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way Follow department policies, procedures and service standards Follow all safety policies Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in a Maintenance role required Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications not required but helpful Must have EPA 608 Universal Certification Must be able to read, write, speak English fluently Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
