Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service during events. This position ensures compliance with all alcohol service regulations and maintains a clean, organized work area.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Verify guest age and maintain compliance with responsible alcohol service policies.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain inventory and restock bar supplies as needed.
• Keep workstations clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Support other food and beverage operations as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems.

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive motion.

This is a part-time, event-based role based at Pechanga Arena San Diego.

Compensation is $21.95 per hour, not including tips.
