Responsibilities Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and property division. Manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a deadline-driven environment. Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management. Work primarily from home with required in-person client meetings as needed. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of experience in family law. Strong writing skills demonstrated through professional samples. Experience working with multiple attorneys in a law firm setting. Proficiency in e-filing with County Courts. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Customer service mindset focused on client experience. Strong references attesting to professionalism and expertise. Skills and Competencies Effective communication with clients, attorneys, and court staff. Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining high-quality work. Skilled in e-filing and navigating court systems. High accuracy in legal document preparation. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure. Clear explanation of legal matters to clients. Team-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills. Organized and composed during deadlines. Dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. Additional Information Compensation: $22–$34 hourly plus commission.
