Global Privacy Counsel — Lead Data Protection & Compliance

Embecta Corp.

embecta, a global medical device company, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel, Global Privacy, to lead the worldwide privacy program and advise on privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity. This on-site hybrid role in Parsippany, NJ partners with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance while enabling growth. 5+ years' privacy-focused legal experience and JD are required. Responsibilities include privacy governance, DPIAs, data mapping, and drafting DPAs/BAAs. Travel up to 10% may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Embecta Corp.
