A leader dedicated to driving performance while mentoring and coaching the team. 3+ years of GM experience in high-volume restaurants with a background in P&L management, labor cost control, and managing multiple revenue centers. A champion of the culture and brand standards, comfortable with corporate initiatives. A role model who leads by example, leveraging systems, adhering to concept differentiators, and delivering perfect execution. A positive, problem-solving, and fun-loving attitude. In your role, you will: Manage all facets of restaurant operations. Teach, coach, lead, and motivate the team while managing daily operations. Handle financial reporting, evaluation, and analysis. Serve as an ambassador for high-end guest experiences in an approachable environment. Oversee sourcing, training, and scheduling for optimal impact. Demonstrate high-level hospitality through actions, tone, and demeanor. Drive sales proactively and manage financials to ensure strong financial performance.
