We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about helping us grow and thrive in our second century.Job DescriptionWe are seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing great customer service.Responsibilities include following product and shop operations, achieving sales goals, maintaining a team-winning attitude, providing best-in-class customer service, controlling costs, visual merchandising, and observing and practicing safety at all times.Minimum qualifications include previous retail experience, the ability to open and close the store, and physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, such as stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking the entire shift, and frequently lifting up to 25 pounds.The pay range for this position is expected to be $16.46; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.See's is an EOE.
