Claims Consultant

JCW is currently recruiting for a Claims Consultant on behalf of a leading insurance brokerage in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a hybrid, client-facing opportunity supporting commercial clients with complex Property & Casualty claims. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic claims advocacy, coverage guidance, and claims consulting support while working closely with clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders to achieve favorable claim outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage and advocate for complex commercial Property & Casualty claims, including high-severity losses. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing claims guidance, strategic recommendations, and ongoing support. Work closely with carriers, adjusters, and internal teams to facilitate claim resolution and address coverage disputes. Review policy language, coverage determinations, and reservation-of-rights letters to support clients throughout the claims process. Qualifications 5+ years of claims experience within commercial insurance, including claims adjusting or brokerage claims consulting. Strong experience handling complex commercial Property & Casualty claims, including general liability, property, and other commercial lines. Insurance brokerage experience strongly preferred. Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage complex claims and build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
