Cooks and Dishwashers Join our kitchen team at the award-winning RAM Restaurant and Brewery. Responsibilities Cooks - Cooking or prep experience preferred. Cooks are responsible for assisting the kitchen team in the overall smooth and accurate operation of our culinary programs. Dish Machine Operators (DMO) - DMO’s are responsible for maintaining a sanitary, efficient, and organized dish cleaning area. DMO’s can expect a high-volume work experience with the opportunity to provide the cleanest and most efficient assistance to our service teams to help them provide exceptional hospitality to our guests. Benefits Flexible schedules for both part and full-time team members Free meal each shift per RAM’s shift meal program Discounts on food and beverages per RAM’s Dining Discount Program Insurance (medical, dental & life) as well as HSA (must complete 1 year of employment and work a minimum of 30 hours per week to qualify for benefits) Paid sick leave - accrued at 1 hour per 40 hours worked (per state law) Career and growth potential Wage Range: $16.28 - $24.00 with a tip pool* *Tips are optional Requirements Positive attitude Food and beer knowledge or the ability to become an expert Must be in possession of (or able to obtain) a food handlers permit for positions that require it Good communication and personal skills Ability and stamina to spend an extended amount of time on your feet Working as a team a must Experience in high-volume preferred You must be able to work weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
