Patriot Showers is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our growing team in Greenville, SC. Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, train and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed net conversion targets 
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to keep sales department performing consistently and predictably 
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions with ride alongs 
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance teams to align sales efforts with company goals
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members

Requirements:

• Proven experience in home improvement sales or sales leadership - replacement windows, baths, or home improvement
• Strong track record of training, coaching and leading sales teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in home improvement- windows, baths or other in home selling environment
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools
