Python Developer

Salary: $168,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Entry-level experience: suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
• Solid understanding of Python fundamentals, including data structures, object-oriented programming, and standard libraries
• Familiarity with at least one web framework, such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Familiarity with Git or another version control system
• Understanding of RESTful API design and protocols
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Preferred: Python development internship or project experience
• Preferred: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Preferred: Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Preferred: Knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development

• Write, test, and maintain Python code for our web applications and APIs
• Develop and integrate RESTful services, supporting strong performance and responsiveness
• Collaborate with front-end developers to connect user-facing features with server-side logic
• Take part in code reviews to support code quality and share knowledge
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
• Assist with database schema design and write efficient SQL queries
• Document code and processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing
• Keep up with emerging Python development practices and trends
• Participate in agile activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Work with senior engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver software and contribute to application architecture
