Overview The Capital Markets Practice Group advises issuers, private equity sponsors, and underwriters on a wide variety of securities offerings across every major industry. The role requires specific experience in securities-related and/or capital markets transactional work. Candidates should have 4-6 years of securities-related and/or capital markets transactional experience at a leading national or international law firm. Our leading Capital Markets Practice Group represents issuers and private equity sponsors as well as underwriters in a wide variety of securities offerings across every major industry. Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure, as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position and the experience and education of the applicant and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself.
