Travel RN Neuro Med-Surg Acute - $2,179 per week

Job Summary TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel RN Med Surg for a position in Peoria, Illinois. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and prioritize data collection. Perform ongoing assessments and administer treatments as ordered by physicians. Document patient findings and provide education and support to patients’ families. Provide bedside care for a variety of patients, including pre‑ and post‑op patients. Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medication, reporting adverse reactions. Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs. Prepare equipment and aid physician during examination and treatment. Educate patients on surgical procedures. Participate in discharge planning and initiate patient education as prescribed. Qualifications RN with 1–2 years recent acute care experience. Current BLS credential; NIH desired. One year minimum experience. Should be able to lift 20 pounds and possibly up to 50 pounds. Implements patient care in a fast‑paced environment.
