Key Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing practice on the unit during the assigned shift, reporting to the Unit Director/Manager or designated clinical leadership in their absence
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual care needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care using the nursing process
• Execute nursing interventions and monitor the effectiveness of care and treatment measures
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and the care team to facilitate clear and professional communication

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience required
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association at the Healthcare Provider level
• Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism, tact, and sound judgment when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Medical/Surgical inpatient setting
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a team member in a fast-paced clinical environment
