Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Demonstrated experience as a Circulating or Scrub Nurse in the Operating Room
• Advanced knowledge of aseptic techniques and perioperative standards
• Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to thrive in high-demand situations and adapt to varying surgical caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough preoperative patient assessments and accurate documentation
• Promoting patient safety through the entire surgical process
• Maintains sterile field and assists with instrument counts as Scrub or Circulating RN
• Collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Provides post-surgical support, documentation, and education as needed
• Ensures infection control measures are followed consistently
