Description

• Conduct evaluations for patients across inpatient and outpatient settings, creating personalized treatment strategies

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Rehabilitation Specialist
• CPR certification is preferred
