Job Title CDL A Delivery Driver – Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783 (3195 I-75 Business Spur) Job Summary The Driver delivers food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and other customers. Routes are local and day‑shift, allowing you to return home each day. Responsibilities Deliver food products to customers according to scheduled routes. Unload cases weighing up to 100lbs and operate a ramp and two‑wheeler. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Schedule and Compensation Monday‑Friday. Start time 3AM‑5AM until route completion. Drivers average $70,000‑$100,000/year. Guaranteed minimum of $1,100/week. Daily base pay plus component pay. Pay is awarded for each mile driven, stop made, and case delivered. Benefits Affordable benefits plans begin day one. Weekly pay, wellness reimbursement, profit sharing, 401(k) with company match, and emergency child and elder care are available. Qualifications Minimum age 21 years. ClassA CDL license at hire. Ability to operate a two‑wheel cart with loads up to 350pounds. Ability to lift up to 100lbs during shift. Read, write, and communicate in English (labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website, paperwork, and verbal instructions). Must pass a drug test (including marijuana) and a background check. Clean driving record as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards. Registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent. Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply.
