Clinical Role:

• Permanent job opening
• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician
• Must have at least one year of post-training experience
• No new graduates
• ASAP start available
• Outpatient only
• No call or hospital responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management
• Appointment lengths:
• Follow-up visits: 15 minutes
• New patient visits: 30 minutes
• Team-based environment with RN support, a dedicated MA (1:1), and an APP
• APP practices independently
• Multispecialty group with multiple specialties onsite
• Patient population includes commercially insured, Medicaid, and Medicare patients, as well as underserved communities
• EMR: Epic
• Completion of accredited internal medicine or family medicine residency training required
• Active, unrestricted New York State medical license required
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
• BLS or ACLS certification required
