Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Sanford, FL. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders for steel framing and vinyl products. The Inside Sales Specialist will build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and other customers, while identifying opportunities to expand accounts and generate new business. Day-to-day activities include tracking leads, following up on bids, coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, and maintaining detailed records in the CRM system. The role also involves supporting customer issue resolution, providing product information, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including handling quotes, orders, and account management. Strong Lead Generation skills with the ability to identify, qualify, and follow up on new business opportunities. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long‑term relationships and resolving customer issues promptly. Effective Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional phone etiquette. Experience in construction materials, building products, or a related industrial sector is preferred. Proficiency with CRM systems, basic MS Office tools, and order entry software. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
