Job Description
Participating in Project Planning, Feasible analysis, Requirement Analysis, Estimation, Test Plan, Test Design, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Bug Tracking, Test Execution and Test Closure. Coordinate with the business for the Test Coverage and Test Execution Signoff. Carry out various types of testing including System, Integration, Functional, End-to-End, Smoke, Sanity, Compatibility, Ad-hoc and API testing. Implement various best practices like early test data identification, base data creation and QE readiness checklist. Align all test deliverables based on the planned project timeline. Address team concerns, train team members on right skills such domain knowledge, tools. Conduct internal team assessment/Goal setting to measure work performance and share feedback for improvements.
Minimum Requirements: Degree in computer science/engineering related. MS (3YRS) or BS (5YRS) of experience as a QA Analyst/Engineer. Position requires experience in test strategies & test management; ability to manage & monitor test execution plans for completion & delivery; support QA goals and mentor/train QA team members on test tools and processes; Expertise in automation, regression, ETL & API Testing; Automation Tools (Postman, Selenium-Rest Assured & API Automation, TOSCA); Agile methodologies & data bricks fundamentals.
Travel/Relocation to various client locations or Ascendion's offices within the United States. The frequency of travel/relocation will depend on project timelines and deliverables.
Wages: $150,000 plus standard company benefits
