Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in meat cutting or a related food preparation role. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in meat cutting or food handling. Experience working in a retail or grocery store environment. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to company standards and customer requests. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the meat cutting area and equipment to comply with health and safety regulations. Assist customers by answering questions, providing product recommendations, and fulfilling special orders. Manage inventory by receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and ensuring proper storage of meat products.
