GREENFIELD Quality Improvement Specialist LifePath is a mission-driven, collaborative, and community-focused human services agency focused on supporting the lives of older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers. We are expanding our Quality Improvement team and with the addition of the role of Quality Improvement Specialist This is a full-time (35 hr/wk) role based out of our Greenfield office, serving the Franklin County, and North Quabbin area. Position Summary The Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist supports the organization's efforts to improve service quality, administrative processes, consumer outcomes, and program effectiveness. This role works collaboratively with program staff and leadership to assist with data collection, analysis, and implementation of quality improvement activities. The QI Specialist will be comfortable working with data across various platforms and have a: Basic Understanding Of Quality Improvement Methods. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in data analytics/data science, computer science, business administration, healthcare administration, human services, nonprofit management, or related field required. 2 years of experience in data analytics, human services, program support, or related areas. Technical Skills Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Formulas, data validation, forecasting, pivot tables, data visualization. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook), SQL, Python & BI Tools a plus. Knowledge & Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-driven with the ability to meet deadlines. Experience with databases or case management systems. Understanding of quality improvement, data analysis, and program evaluation. Ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
