Immediate need for a talented Mail Clerk. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Dearborn, MI (Onsite). Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume duplicating and mailing equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on copier and related equipment.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventory of supplies.
• Respond to service calls and coordinate with technicians as needed.
• Digitize physical documents and audit digital files for accuracy.
• Ensure the upkeep of convenience copier areas and assist with shipping and receiving materials.
• Occasionally perform reception duties and assist with meeting room setups.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Some related copy job experience.
• Basic electronics knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage.
• 1-2 years of related work experience in a similar role.
• High School diploma or GED (Required).
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Excellent customer relations and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.
• Understanding of copier and related equipment is preferred.
