Beagle is hiring a Resident Support Specialist to be the friendly, reliable point of contact for residents on our platform. You'll answer calls and emails, manage program enrollments, and help residents navigate our processes, all while keeping communication clear, professional, and genuinely helpful. It's a fast-paced role for someone who stays calm under pressure, learns quickly, and takes pride in accuracy and volume.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails and manage program enrollments.
• Maintain clear and professional communication standards.
• Quickly master internal and external tools, including HubSpot and Google Workspace, as well as proprietary applications and processes.
• Use good judgment, critical thinking, and creative problem solving to enforce policy compliance in the most user-friendly way possible.
• Assist with document analysis and verification.
• De-escalate volatile callers and redirect conversations using solution- and retention-focused strategies.

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM (or later when needed to complete daily tasks), plus occasional Saturday trainings.
• Ability to reliably commute to our office in South Salt Lake, UT.
• Ability to provide your own reliable hardware: laptop, personal cell phone, headset, and anything else you need to stay consistently active on phone and email.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
