Claims Representative - Workers Compensation (On-Site - Rancho Cucamonga)

Job Overview Sedgwick is a global leader in risk and claims administration, supporting clients across diverse industries. Primary Purpose To process low‑level workers' compensation claims, determine benefits due, and manage claim resolution while maintaining quality and compliance. Responsibilities Process low‑level workers' compensation claims to determine compensability and benefits on long‑term indemnity claims. Monitor reserve accuracy and file necessary documentation with state agencies. Develop and coordinate action plans for claim resolution, return‑to‑work efforts, and settlement negotiations. Approve and process assigned claims, administering action plans per client contracts. Support the organization’s quality programs and perform additional duties as assigned. Travel as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Two (2) years of claims management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful completion of Claims Representative training required. Ability to work under general supervision and negotiate settlements. Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $28‑$30 per hour.
