Member Experience & Engagement Specialist

WOODSON YMCA INC seeks a Member Engagement Coordinator to create a welcoming experience for members and guests, drive membership sales and program registrations, and supervise Member Service staff as MOD when the Director is away. The role emphasizes teamwork with the MEAOD, updating SOPs, and training new staff, while delivering high-quality customer service from 4:30am to 12:30pm, Monday–Friday on site at the WI facility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
