Billing Supervisor – Healthcare Experience Location: HMR Veterans Services, Inc. Essential Functions The Billing & AR Supervisor will perform accounts receivable (AR) functions for the HMR Support Center in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles relating to HMR's internal and community operations in the long-term healthcare, skilled nursing facility setting. Key Qualifications Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated Medicare, Medicare, and Advantage Plus billing experience. Team leadership and/or supervision in a healthcare billing setting. Requires some knowledge of computerized accounting/payroll system, ability to work with detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work in a highly structured environment with a detail‑oriented approach to routine assignments and projects. Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential accounts payable issues dealing with vendors in a tactful manner, using conflict resolution techniques.
